Let's Get Started 

Appointments can be done in person, phone or skype.

I will help you discover which food and lifestyle choices work best for the level of wellness you desire.  Everyone is at varying degrees of wellness as well as varying degrees of willingness to change.  We will start where you are.  We will look at the blocks you have toward wellness and work through those together.  I will help find ways to incorporate some basic changes to have the vitality and lifestyle you desire.

We will begin by assessing the following:

What are your inputs?  
  • What are you eating?
  • Is the food you are eating supporting your health?
  • What are you drinking?
  • How much sugar do you consume?
  • How much love do you have in your life?
  • How much personal time do you get?
  • How much stress do you have?

Eating 101  -  Learn simple changes you can make to your eating habits to create enormous change.  Click here to read tips on how to eat to improve digestion, increase nutrient absorption and improve your energy!  In our session, you will also learn how to balance your energy level, lose weight, decrease cravings,  have more clarity and much more! 

Detoxification - Learn simple changes you can make on a daily basis to eliminate toxins from your body and your environment.  I can recommend detox supplement cleanses.

If you want to go deeper, we can discuss ways you can detox your system through food and/or juicing.

Supplementation

  • Food as Medicine- which foods can I eat to support my health?       
  • Minerals - are there minerals your body needs?
  • Herbal Considerations - tinctures, herbal infusions, supplements - Are you looking for a healthier alternative for a health concern?

Movement - Stoke your flame.  Learn some energy and movement routines to flush your lymph and increase your energy and vitality.  

Hands on - For those who like to learn hands on, I can come to your house or we can meet at a kitchen and we will cook together.  We will discuss the types of foods you like ahead of time and then pick 3-4 recipes to make together.  This option is great for people who want to get started but aren't sure how.  Sometimes it's just easier if someone SHOWS YOU HOW.  And, it's also a great way to try some delicious and nutritious recipes.  

I've found that when you have a good base (4-5 days of delicious, nutritious, prepared food in your refrigerator) to get started, you begin to experience the health benefits therefore, it will help you move more swiftly toward your goals.  People don't realize the affects certain foods have on their bodies until they remove the foods completely.  It's a big eye opener!

Follow-up Sessions - $65

Get 3 sessions for $200

When you contact me, I will send you a health questionnaire to complete.  This ensures that our time together is effective and focused on your main concerns.  Upon completion of the questionnaire, we will schedule your appointment.  Appointments can be done in person, phone or skype.
